I’m a passionate chef with a love for creating unforgettable dining experiences. My journey in the culinary world began in a small town in Montana. From a young age, I was inspired by my grandparents love for cooking and the memories that were created around the table.

After years of hard work and dedication, I'm proud to say that I've achieved some notable accomplishments in the industry. I've owned and operated a successful brick-and-mortar restaurant, received recognition as a 40-under-40 honoree at the age of 27, and been nominated for two James Beard Awards by the age of 30.
